Information clause - Art. 13 of the GDPR
1. The Personal Data Administrator is:
EL – PUK Produkcja, Dystrybucja i Montaż Materiałów Elektroinstalacyjnych sp. z o.o. Company with office in Konstantynów Łódzki, address: ul. Innowacyjna 4, 95-050 Konstantynów Łódzki, Poland, written in the entrepreneur register kept by the Regional Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, under KRS number 0000095252, with share capital in the amount of 6,854,000.00 PLN, TIN: 947-18-40-661, REGON: 472257667 (hereinafter: PDA).
2. The Personal Data are processed in order to carry out the PDA services (delivery of goods, assembly) to conduct the correct warehouse management, accounting management, and tax settlements, as well as possible pursue of claims.
3. Only identification data, accounting data, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers can be the subject of processing.
4. The recipients of personal data are the PDA’s employees and contractors, as well as sub-contractors and suppliers (if needed) and accounting offices, legal service – in the scope necessary to secure the PDA’s interests.
5. Personal Data will not be shown to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Personal Data will not be forwarded to a third country or international organisation.
7. Personal Data will be forwarded in the scope of carrying out an agreement, as well as for a duration necessary from the point of view of accounting and tax documentation and possible expiration of claims.
8. In case of expressing consent to forward Data for marketing purposes, the Data will be stored in the scope and time determined in declaration of consent.
9. You have the right to access your Personal Data, the right to request their correction, removal, or restriction of processing of such Data, the right to transfer Data, and the right to object against processing the Data.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint to supervisory authority in case of recognising that the PDA’s way of processing Personal Data violates provisions.
11. Provision of Personal Data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide them may result in lack of ability to carry out an agreement with the PDA.
12. Personal Data are not processed in automated way and in particular they are not used for profiling.
